Hidden Valley is a Third- Generation, Family-Owned and Operated, Active Retirement Community, for Residents 55 Years or Older.

Our beautiful community is located in Volusia County, Florida, and is the perfect combination of affordable manufactured homes, coupled with an active senior mobile home community. It is important to let you know that we do not allow pets in the park.

Our active senior retirement community is located in gorgeous DeLeon Springs, just minutes away from historic DeLand, Florida. Residents enjoy a quiet, natural, country setting with access to the many treasures of Volusia County, like gourmet restaurants, state and national parks, lively downtown districts, beaches, golf courses, and more. Our northwest Volusia County location in Central Florida is about 25 minutes away from Daytona and New Smyrna Beach and 45 miles north of the bustle of Orlando. Richard and Jeane Schuler started construction on Hidden Valley in 1957 and did almost everything himself. Richard graduated from Penn-State University with a Forestry degree. This degree equipped him with the skills needed to survey, layout, and build the community. Richard taught school by day and worked in the Park on evenings and weekends. Jeane graduated from Stetson as a music major and is our best resident relations specialist. Sadly, we lost our beloved Jeane in January of this year.
